Job Title: Construction Site Safety Professional

Location: Greater Cincinnati Area

Salary: Up to $35/hr (Based on Experience)

Shifts Available: Multiple

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Safety Professional to join our construction team in the Greater Cincinnati Area. As a Site Safety Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on our construction sites. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  2. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  3. Conduct safety orientations and training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
  4. Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and maintain a safe work environment.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and incidents.

Requirements:

  1. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in site safety management within the construction industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  1. Certification as a Fall Protection Competent Person.
