We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth with key accounts and complex projects across international markets.
What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow customer relationships with engineers, and procurement teams
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in industrial and energy markets worldwide
  • Conduct on-site evaluations, technical presentations, and solution-based consultations
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to develop customized surge control solutions
  • Lead quoting, pricing, and contract negotiations for large-scale projects
What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in manufacturing or engineered industrial equipment
  • While a strong background in surge control, pressure management, valves, pumps, or flow control systems is advantageous, a demonstrated willingness to learn and a genuine passion for achieving success are considered even more critical.
  • Experience selling into global markets and managing international client relationships
  • Ability to handle complex project-based sales with long decision cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing global customers
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
