Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps/SRE)
Location-Type: 100% Remote
Start Date Is: June 29th, 2026
Duration: Contract (12 Months w/ option to extend)
W2 Pay Rate Range: $70/hr โ€“ $75/hr W2

Job Description:
Support and maintain cloud-native analytics platforms by troubleshooting production issues, improving operational reliability, and managing infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Monitor platform environments and troubleshoot production incidents
  • Review logs and diagnose system issues using monitoring tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace
  • Resolve customer and internal support tickets before escalation
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Manage infrastructure through Terraform and configuration management tools
  • Support Kubernetes and Helm-based deployments
  • Participate in on-call rotations with incident response responsibilities
  • Assist with platform updates, operational improvements, and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and product teams

Requirements:

  • Must-Have Skills/Experiences:
    • 5โ€“10 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience
    • Strong Terraform troubleshooting experience
    • Strong Jenkins CI/CD troubleshooting experience
    • Experience with Ansible automation
    • Experience supporting cloud-native environments and production operations
    • Kubernetes and Helm deployment experience
    • AWS and EKS experience
    • Experience handling customer-facing production incidents and support tickets
    • On-call support experience with defined response SLAs
    • Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up or supervision
  • Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences (NOT required, but a plus!) :
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience
    • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experience or comparable BI/analytics platform (Tableau, Power BI, SAP BW)
    • Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools
    • Experience with HashiCorp Vault
    • Background supporting enterprise analytics or SaaS platforms
