Industry: Finance Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: $54-62/HR on W2 Only - NO C2C Setting: Hybrid Required (Remote is NOT an Option) Duration: 18+ months Job ID: 247733 Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, application support, or site reliability engineering. Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex production environments.

Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce platforms, including application troubleshooting, deployment support, integrations, workflows, APIs, and platform operations. Experience with Salesforce architecture, security model, release management processes, and integration patterns. Experience leading incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.

Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, and application performance management solutions. Experience developing software, automation, and scripting solutions using technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages. Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
