JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of SREs, drive technical initiatives, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical systems and infrastructure.
"* Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and performance.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Lead post-incident reviews and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the SRE space."
"* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
  • Expertise in monitoring tools, log management, and observability platforms
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities"
"* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer)
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Knowledge of database administration and optimization
