We're looking for a Workplace Operations Associatewho will work the PM shift schedule of Monday - Friday from 3pm-11:30pm, by assisting the company with maintaining an organized, functional, and secure warehouse and building.
You will report to the Facilities Supervisor and work onsite at our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters.
Onsite Requirement:
This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
Who You Are:
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, problem solver, flexible and able to prioritize.
  • General knowledge of facilities maintenance.
  • Able to assemble furniture.
  • Set up and tear down events.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Must have basic computer skills and comfortable using Google products (Gmail/Google Docs/Google Sheets/Sites)

What You'll Do:
  • Assist existing staff to perform various general building maintenance and custodial tasks.
  • Coordinate and escort outside services and vendors to complete onsite repairs, maintenance, and janitorial tasks.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing facility-related projects and repairs.
  • Move boxes, pallets, equipment, and other items as needed.
  • Assemble, install, and move furniture, including storage racks.
  • Respond to tickets and requests from other departments.
  • Be able to identify safety risks such as spills and tripping hazards.
  • Able to perform special job assignments outside the normal work scope.
  • Knowledge of Jira a plus
  • Having basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
  • Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery.
  • Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.
  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 75+ pounds, with employee help or with proper equipment.
  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Temperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.
  • Walking: Ability to walk for long periods.

Hourly Range:
The hourly range for this position is $21-$23. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for shift differential pay, please ask your recruiter for details.
