Territory: Hillsborough and Cheshire County areas, New Hampshire
Schedule: Part-time, year-round leadership role with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, generally scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Reports To: Sr. Regional Director
Direct Reports: Site Directors

Healthy Kids Programs is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Multi-Site Director to oversee multiple after-school childcare programs throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire.
This is an opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, building relationships, and making sure children and families have an exceptional experience every day.
As a Multi-Site Director, you will support Site Directors, strengthen school partnerships, maintain high-quality programs, and ensure daily operations run smoothly across multiple locations.

About the Role
The Multi-Site Director is responsible for the successful operation of multiple Healthy Kids Programs after-school locations.
You will support Site Directors, ensure programs are staffed appropriately, maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, monitor program quality, and build strong partnerships with school leaders.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by being visible in the field, supporting teams, and creating solutions. You will help ensure children have a safe, engaging, and positive experience during their after-school hours.

Staffing
  • Sites are fully staffed each day with proactive scheduling and strong team support.
  • Coverage needs are addressed before they impact children, families, or staff.

  • Programs provide engaging, consistent experiences for children.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience and Education
  • Associates degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Background in childcare, youth development, K-12 education, or a similar environment
  • Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations
  • Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff
  • Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements a plus
  • Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks
