What is a Site Intelligence Group?

A Site Intelligence Group job involves analyzing and selecting optimal clinical trial sites based on data-driven insights. Professionals in this role assess site feasibility, investigator capabilities, and geographic considerations to enhance trial efficiency. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that selected sites align with study requirements and patient recruitment goals. This role is critical for improving trial success rates and minimizing delays.

What are the common responsibilities of a Site Intelligence Group professional?

Professionals in a Site Intelligence Group are primarily tasked with evaluating potential research sites by analyzing data such as patient populations, investigator experience, and historical performance. Their responsibilities often include preparing site intelligence reports, supporting site selection strategies, and collaborating with clinical project teams and external investigators. Additionally, they may assist with feasibility surveys, maintain site databases, and contribute to cross-functional meetings. These activities ensure that clinical trials are conducted at the most suitable locations, thereby supporting the overall success of the research program.
