POSITION PROFILE:

Our Client is seeking a seasoned Site Civil Senior Engineer to lead high-impact civil projects across municipal, federal, commercial, industrial, and healthcare markets. This leadership role will be instrumental in overseeing technical execution, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with clients and multi-discipline teams nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring deep civil site development experience and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through construction.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for a professional looking to make a long-term impact within a growing team that delivers civil engineering solutions throughout the lower 48 states.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and execute complex site development projects with a focus on quality and innovation
  • Manage design standards, QA/QC processes, and drawing production using Civil 3D
  • Direct full project lifecycle: scope definition, design, permitting, and construction observation
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and civil design staff
  • Participate in client meetings, municipal review processes, and site visits/documentation


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in civil site development
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with NCEES certification
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of federal project design criteria
  • Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, feasibility analysis, and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel as needed for project documentation and client engagement
  • CFM or CWP certification a plus
