Looking for a reliable local CDL-A job where you get to sleep in your own bed every night? We're hiring full-time drivers for our Phoenix bakery fleet. If you don't mind staying active on the shift and want a steady routine, this is a great fit.

This isn't a "sit-and-drive all day" gig, it's an active role where you'll handle 100% touch-freight store deliveries, short-distance shuttles, and yard switching to keep our plant-to-hub operations moving on schedule.

The Details at a Glance

  • Earnings: $21.50/hour plus an extra $45 per completed stop (Drivers average around $1,300 gross per week).
  • The Work: 100% touch freight. You'll be using liftgates to roll bread trays and delivery carts off the trailer, along with handling yard hostling and local shuttle loops.
  • Schedule: Night shift, 100% local. Clock out and go home at the end of every shift.
  • The Route: A quick 7-mile shuttle loop between our plant and distribution center, with local store deliveries as needed.
  • Holidays: Enjoy guaranteed days off on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Benefits: Full package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401k match) kicks in after 60 days.

What You Need to Apply

  • Experience: Solo drivers only (no trainees). You'll need either 6+ months of OTR experience in the last year OR 12+ months in the last 5 years (local Class A tractor-trailer or hostling experience counts!).
  • Licensing: Valid CDL-A and an up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
  • Background & Screening: Must pass both hair and urine drug screenings. No more than 4 jobs in the last year, and 0 major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
  • Note: This position is not SAP-friendly.
