Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar is searching for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Your leadership and passion for hospitality will be key in maintaining our commitment to quality service and honoring our unique culinary heritage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service, quality food, and an inviting atmosphere for guests.
  • Oversee and lead all front-of-house and back-of-the house staff, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Implement operational protocols and policies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every patron has a memorable experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote communication and staff development.
