Contributes to the development of reproducible computational workflows, data visualization tools, and laboratory data-management infrastructure while helping establish and expand the laboratory’s computational research capabilities.**Essential Functions:*** Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, curation, and analysis of data from high-throughput sequencing (HTS) projects and other projects that generate and complement genomic data.* Contributes to the design and interpretation of experimental projects and results.* Prepares data and reports for discussion, use and interpretation by investigators. Performs computational analysis include but not limited to statistical test, machine learning, and mathematical modeling.
