Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Master Data & Business Analyst Intern to join our team in Barcelona. This internship offers hands-on experience working with business data, customer data management, reporting, pricing analytics, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, validating, and maintaining customer and business data from multiple sources.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, business insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Support ongoing analytics, reporting, pricing, and customer master data projects, as well as ad-hoc data requests.
  • Help automate recurring reports and improve data management and business processes.
  • Support quotation analysis, reporting activities, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Document methodologies, business processes, assumptions, and data definitions. 

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, with the ability to sign a full-time 12-month internship agreement through the university.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts, reporting, and statistical methods.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
