Job description

Design, RF, microwave, and millimeter wave components, circuits, and modules.

Description:

As an RF/Microwave Engineer at HTL, you will design RF, microwave, and millimeter wave components, circuits, and modules. You will work in a team leveraging technology assets across HTL. You will design a host of components, circuits, and modules from filters, to transceivers, to power amplifiers. Designs range from 2 MHz to 80GHz, will be very wideband, and will need to push the envelope in size reduction, power reduction, and performance. Positions are available for full-time and intern.

Requirements/Preferences:

  • BS/MS Degree with RF/microwave coursework, MS preferred
  • Related experience
  • Proficiency with a wide variety of design/simulation tools
  • Able to carry designs from concept through production Able to make practical and production ready designs
  • Experience with RF test and measurement methods: gain, P1dB, noise figure, TOI, adjacent channel rejection, etc.
  • Experience RF test and measurement equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Noise figure meters, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, etc.
  • Experience in wideband SDR design
