The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service. What you can offer Simply Beautiful Smiles as a Dental Front Desk Associate:
•Greet and welcome patients and visitors.
•Provide outstanding customer service to our patients, coworkers, and the public.
•Follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
•Answer patient phone calls following SBS’s Excellence in “Customer Service” Program.
•Check patients into the patient management system
•Verify insurance eligibility
•Ensure financial agreements are signed and scanned.
•Note in patient’s appointments; next day co-pays and balances to be collected.
•Collect all balances and co-pays.



Minimum Qualifications
  • Dentrix Enterprise experience
  • Ability to work some nights plus a weekend or two each month
  • Experience working with patients in a dental office
  • Must be able to work in our office
  • Flexible schedule
