Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: ~15 hours/week, part-time (afternoons/evenings and some weekends)
Location: South Broward, near the Miami-Dade County line, traveling to schools, community centers, and our program locations

Snapology of South Broward is looking for an energetic, kid-savvy instructor to lead hands-on STEM/STEAM programs for elementary-age students. If you love LEGO bricks, robotics, coding, and watching a kid's face light up when their build actually works, we want to meet you.
No lecturing from a textbook here. Our classes are built around play-based learning: model building, simple robotics, coding challenges, and engineering projects that make science and math feel like game time.
What You'll Do:
- Lead fun, structured STEM/STEAM classes and camps for elementary-age kids (K-5)
- Follow Snapology's curriculum while keeping the energy high and every student engaged
- Manage a classroom of curious, high-energy kids with patience and confidence
- Set up and break down activity materials (LEGO kits, robotics, coding tablets, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the Snapology team
What You Bring:
- Experience working with or teaching elementary-age children (classroom, camp, tutoring, coaching, or similar)
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (you'll be driving to different program sites)
- Enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to keep a room of kids excited and on-task
- Comfort with hands-on materials, LEGO bricks, simple robotics/coding tools (training provided, no engineering degree required!)
- Availability during after-school hours (roughly 2:30-6:30 PM) and/or weekends
