You will work remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, setting realistic goals and objectives while adjusting plans based on continuous assessment and client progress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and promoting a safe therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client.
• Engage in regular supervision, utilizing feedback for continuous improvement and professional growth.

Your clients will include individuals from various backgrounds experiencing diverse mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational issues. You will take an inclusive approach, offering culturally sensitive care and utilizing tailored methodologies to engage effectively with clients from different demographics, including individuals in underserved communities.

• Current licensure in the state of Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree in counseling or social work is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic, remote environment.

• Experience working in community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant treatment approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, with cultural competence being essential in therapeutic practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications.
