About the Role:

The Treatment Nurse - LVN or RN at GREEN OAKS plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents within a skilled nursing environment. This position focuses on administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are effectively implemented. The nurse will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. By providing compassionate and skilled nursing interventions, the LVN contributes to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of life for residents. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or RN license in TX.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
