    Job Summary:
    STC Management, LLC employees are responsible for performing automotive services in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Attention to detail is critical to produce quality workmanship and to exceed customer expectations.
    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Providing customers with exceptional customer service and quality care for their vehicle facilitating a life-long bond.
    • Implementation and reinforcement of Operational Excellence -
    • Comply with STC Management, LLC Standards of Conduct and our Grooming/Personal Hygiene standards
    • Embraces our beliefs of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment to both the customer and their vehicle.
    • Acknowledgment of customer within 10 seconds.
    • Executes 5-foot rule.
    • Answers telephone within 3-rings and follows telephone standards.
    • Executes no handles policy.
    • Greets customers using escort and lounge orientation procedure.
    • Maintain a clean interior/exterior of facility, grounds around facility, and all tools and equipment.

    Employees may perform the duties of one or more of the following roles at any time.
    Each position includes, but not limited to, the following tasks:
    • Role of Cashier
    1. Ability to perform simple math calculations
    2. Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam up to CSA duties
    3. Operate point-of-sale computer system

    • Role of Courtesy Technician, (CT)
      1. Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam for Courtesy Technician duties
      2. Assists with tire rotation, if applicable
      3. Vacuum interior floors
      4. Clean exterior windows

    • Role of Upper Bay Technician, (UBT)
      1. Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam for Upper Bay Technician duties
      2. Assists with tire rotation, if applicable
      3. Inspect key components
      4. Inflate tires
      5. Check and fill various fluids
      6. Oversee the overall flow of assigned vehicle to increase throughput and efficiency
      7. Assists Courtesy Technician, Lower Bay Technician and Customer Service Advisor as needed

    • Role of Lower Bay Technician, (LBT)
      1. Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam for Lower Bay Technician duties
      2. Drain oil and replace oil filter
      3. Check and fill all gearboxes
      4. Lubricate chassis
      5. Perform ancillary lower bay services

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Valid driver's license is required
    • Able to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
    • Exceptional customer service and customer relations skills are essential
    • Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees
    • Ability to provide appropriate technical communication to customers
    • Ability to practice fairness and diplomacy as well as the ability to problem solve is essential
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; work in awkward positions; transfer oneself from one work level to another; and move materials from one height to another
