Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Senior SIM / eSIM Telecom Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior SIM / eSIM Telecom Engineer Location: Centennial, Colorado (3-4 days onsite) Pay Range: $78-80/hour, based on experience What's the Job?
  • Act as the subjectmatter expert for SIM and eSIM technologies, including physical SIM and embedded SIM implementations
  • Own and support the full SIM lifecycle, including provisioning, activation, authentication, and ongoing management
  • Design and support endtoend connectivity workflows across device, network, and backend systems
  • Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to enhance and scale wireless connectivity solutions
  • Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and platform providers to ensure performance, interoperability, and reliability
What's Needed?
  • Seniorlevel engineering experience, approximately PE1 level or higher
  • Deep, handson experience with SIM and eSIM technologies
  • Strong understanding of endtoend telecom and mobile network architecture
  • Proven background in wireless telecom environments, including carriers, MVNOs, or mobile connectivity providers
  • Experience with SIM provisioning platforms and carrier integrations
