Now Hiring: Circuit Board Screen Printing Operator
Location: Natomas, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator with experience in circuit board printing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating silk screen templates and working with precision printing processes on sensitive materials.
Job Duties:
  • Set up and operate silk screen printing equipment for circuit boards
  • Align templates and ensure accurate registration for each print job
  • Mix, prepare, and apply inks according to specifications
  • Inspect boards before and after printing to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform touch-ups or reprints as needed to correct defects
  • Maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs
  • Clean and maintain screens, tools, and work area
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • Document production counts and report any defects or equipment issues
  • Follow all safety and quality control procedures

Job Requirements:
