Graphics Installer Position Summary
Glick Fire Equipment Company, Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that employs more than 100 people throughout Pennsylvania. We offer high quality products and service for Fire amp; EMS companies. The Graphics Installer will work Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 4:00pm, alongside other customer service employees to achieve optimum efficiency and excellent customer service, in keeping with the values and vision of Glick Fire Equipment.
Graphics Installer Job Responsibilities
  • Measure and mark up trucks with layout
  • Prepare numbers and lettering for application to trucks
  • Apply striping, numbers, and letters to the unit, and when requested, customer-furnished emblems
  • Develop appropriate and efficient methods to complete work orders and track time, while following proper safety procedures and wearing appropriate safety equipment
  • Follow proper cleaning instructions for surface preparation to ensure quality graphics installations
  • Install graphics in an efficient manner emphasizing precision, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure proper care, storage and inventory of shop materials and specialty tools
  • Ensure customers are greeted promptly and with respect
  • Develop respectful and cooperative relationships with co-workers, including a willingness to assist where needed
Graphics Installer Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Experience with 3M Vinyl products and installation is preferred
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Detail oriented and ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend at the knees
  • Must be a self-starter and have a high level of personal drive for success
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility
