This position is designed for flexibility, allowing you to work remotely while utilizing our digital tools and systems for client interactions and documentation. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain insights into each client's unique circumstances and challenges.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and clients' individual goals, ensuring their emotional and psychological needs are met.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, adjusting techniques as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to offer convenient virtual sessions, thereby enhancing access to care for clients who may face logistical or mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that documentation reflects best practices and is up-to-date for effective case management.
• Engage actively in professional development initiatives, such as workshops and trainings, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Valid licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental posture concerning clients' experiences and therapeutic journeys.
• Organizational and time-management abilities that facilitate effective management of a diverse caseload.

• Experience working with a wide range of mental health issues and client demographics.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and online therapy platforms.
• Previous experience in a private practice setting that emphasizes collaboration and professional growth.
