This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Sales Operations Specialist in Eden Prairie, MN with Signify.

We're looking for an Inside Sales /Sales Operations Specialist to join our Once Animal Lighting Business in Plymouth, MN.

What you'll do

  • Streamline and Optimize Sales Processwhile overseeing Sales Funnel and Sales Forecasting
  • Onboarding of sales channel partners
  • Liaison between sales acquisition and order fulfillment teamswhile ensuring frequent and efficient reporting and communication.
  • Maintains customer resource management tools and sales processes.
  • Help build new product Reseller Channels with Key Account Managers

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Effective interpersonal skills including leading cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in SAP or similar ERP applications along with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or Relux is a plus.

Total Base Pay Range: 67,000.00 - 98,700.00 USD based on experience level

Bonus:target bonus opportunity 5%
