WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a visionary Graphics Design Director with a profound understanding of culture, elevated craft, and high taste level. You have a strong graphic and print skills combined with forward-thinking creativity to develop ground-breaking perspectives in the collaboration space. You possess the vision to inspire and lead a creative team, along with the collaborative spirit and flexibility to manage multiple projects effectively.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
As the Graphics Design Director, you will lead the charge in creating groundbreaking design directions that pushes creativity and innovation. You will be responsible for translating the visions of our partners and brand into impactful graphics and prints for apparel that stand out on the world's biggest stages. Your work will involve driving a aligned creative direction across branded and signature basketball athlete collections.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will report to the Senior Design Director and partner closely with the Apparel & Footwear Directors, as well as cross-functional partners and external collaborators. Your role involves fostering a collaborative environment where diverse visions come to life. You will also mentor and grow the design team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant design work experience in a related field.
  • Experience with both print and digital media.
  • Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills.
  • Mastery of the creative process, guiding the team through all stages of design.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
  • Mastery in presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead product creation while leveraging 3D capabilities and video content.
  • Proficiency in digital design software (Creative Suite).
  • Deep understanding of make and manufacturing processes.
  • Profound knowledge of trends, sport and elevated craft.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams under high-pressure environments.
  • Collaborative spirit with excellent soft skills and flexibility to manage multiple projects, work with external partners, and cross-functional teams efficiently.
