We are hiring a DSP / Systems Engineer to support the development of advanced RF and electronic warfare capabilities for mission-critical defense applications. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong Digital Signal Processing (DSP) foundation who also enjoys working across systems engineering, hardware integration, and FPGA implementation. You'll collaborate with software, hardware, and FPGA engineers to develop high-performance signal processing solutions, manage hardware integration efforts, and help transition advanced concepts into operational systems. What You'll Do * Design, develop, test, and optimize digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms for analog, digital, narrowband, and wideband RF signals. * Develop filtering and signal processing techniques that improve system performance across a variety of RF environments. * Implement and optimize DSP algorithms for FPGA-based radio platforms. * Collaborate with software engineers to integrate signal processing capabilities into production software. * Support hardware development activities, including hardware builds, integration, and system bring-up. * Perform systems engineering activities such as technical trade studies, architecture evaluations, and hardware performance analysis. * Research and evaluate emerging signal processing methods, hardware technologies, and implementation approaches. * Contribute throughout the engineering lifecycle, from concept development through integration and testing. What You'll Bring * Active U.S. Security Clearance. * Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP). * Experience working with analog, digital, narrowband, and wideband RF signal sets. * Experience designing and implementing filtering techniques and signal processing algorithms. * Understanding of FPGA implementation for radio or signal processing applications. * Experience collaborating across hardware, software, and systems engineering disciplines. * Familiarity with both traditional DSP techniques and machine learning-based signal processing methods.
