Fur ein ressortubergreifendes Digitalisierungsvorhaben im offentlichen Sektor suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (f/m/d) mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Anforderungserhebung, -modellierung und -dokumentation. In dieser Rolle agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Produktverantwortlichen und dem Entwicklungsteam und begleiten Projekte uber den gesamten Anforderungslebenszyklus hinweg - von der Analyse bis zur Qualitatssicherung.

Ihre Aufgaben

Erhebung, Analyse, Validierung und Dokumentation funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen
Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern unterschiedlicher Fachbereiche zur Losungsfindung
Erstellung von User Stories und Anforderungen nach etablierten Standards und Best Practices (z.?B. IREB)
Modellierung und Beschreibung von Anforderungen mittels standardisierter Methoden (z.?B. UML, BPMN, Satzschablonen, GUI-Mockups)
Unterstutzung bei der Umsetzung durch kontinuierliches Anforderungsmanagement und Qualitatssicherung
Unterstutzung von Product Owner und Projektleitung bei Release-Vorbereitung und Strukturierung
Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern
Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien in Zusammenarbeit mit PO und Entwicklungsteam
Fachliche Unterstutzung des Entwicklungsteams bei der Losungsentwicklung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Test- und Qualitatsmanagement zur Sicherstellung der Anforderungsabdeckung
Moderation von Workshops und Prasentationen zur Anforderungserhebung und Abstimmung

Ihr Profil

Entweder: Abgeschlossene EDV-orientierte Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universitat oder gleichwertig) und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungs- und IT-Branche
Oder: Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungs- und IT-Branche
Zusatzlich wunschenswert:
Zertifizierung im Requirements Engineering (z.?B. IREB CPRE) von Vorteil
Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Frameworks (z.?B. Scrum, SAFe)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von User Stories und Use Cases
Erfahrung mit Tools zur Anforderungsmodellierung (z.?B. Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira)
Ausgepragte kommunikative Fahigkeiten sowie Moderationskompetenz
Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitatsanspruch
