They specialize in delivering end-to-end services, including design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Installation Technician, Lead Hand to join their team. In this role, you will lead the installation of a wide range of signage products, ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and to client specifications. You will also provide guidance and support to fellow technicians while maintaining high standards of quality, workmanship, and safety. Safely transport, load, and unload signs, tools, and materials to and from job sites. - Prepare installation sites, perform sign assembly and mounting, and complete maintenance and repair work as required. - Operate aerial work platforms, cranes, trucks, trailers, and other equipment safely and in accordance with regulations. - Maintain daily inspection reports, trip logs, inventory records, and other required documentation. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and MTO regulations while supporting and mentoring team members. Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED. - 0-8 Ton Crane Operator Certification required. - Valid DZ or AZ Driver's Licence with a clean driving record. - Minimum 2 years of signage installation, construction, manufacturing, or related experience. - Experience working with hand and power tools and installing various types of signage. - Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions. - Basic knowledge of electrical components and installation methods. - Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and customer service skills. - Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
