We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager (Program Division) to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing various phases of signage projects once sales obtains approval to proceed, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

·    Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

·    Coordinate all project phases, including design, permitting, fabrication, and installation.

·    Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.

·    Ensure all project deliverables meet design specifications, quality standards, and requirements.

·    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.

·    Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

·    Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

·    Collaborate with internal team members and external partners/vendors to align resources.

·    Clearly communicate project requirements/timelines, and manage implementation processes.

·    Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs for materials, labor, and external services.

·    Secure necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for signage projects.

·    Ensure all signage installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.

·    Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.

·    Prepare regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients, detailing project progress.

·    Update project management software or tools with real-time project data.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

·    Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

·    Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry.

·    Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through execution.

·    Familiarity with signage design, fabrication, and installation processes is highly desirable.

·    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
