What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):

As a Sign Install Helper, you'll support our installation team by:

  • Assisting with daily setup of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Reviewing project plans and safety procedures before installs
  • Supporting the Lead Installer with mounting and securing signs
  • Working on buildings, poles, and various structures
  • Anticipating team needs to keep installs efficient and safe
  • Following OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times

Pay & Benefits:

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour (DOE)

Requirements

Must-Haves:

Comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet using lifts or aerial equipment

Physically able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

Basic math skills and familiarity with power tools

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

Ability to read measurements, plans, and instructions

Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions


Preferred (But Not Required):

Prior sign installation or construction experience
