Job description

We are hiring a Production Associate to join our team! Majesty's Animal Nutrition manufactures supplements and treats for companion animals. We are a family business growing quickly and are looking for a Production Associate with attention to detail, a self starter and who wants to grow with the company. The position is Friday thru Sunday, with the hours of 5:00am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  • Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
  • Weighing, Mixing, extruding products.
  • Creating products with the ability to read recipes.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Assist in packaging products as needed.
  • Maintaining set quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic math skills, able to read and write at high school level.
  • Able to follow written and verbal direction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields prefered.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Preferred background in production work, including baking, food processing and/or food handling.
  • And of course loves animals.
