A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist Will:
  • Produce a wide variety of signs and graphics while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Operate large format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and other production equipment.
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Weed, laminate, trim, and finish graphics using proper production techniques.
  • Apply graphics to a variety of substrates, including acrylic, aluminum, PVC, glass, walls, and vehicles.
  • Assist with sign fabrication and installation both in the shop and at customer locations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment while properly caring for equipment.
  • Work efficiently with the sales and design teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
  • Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
  • Ability to use light power equipment
