Production Manager – Textile & Embroidery Manufacturing | Dover, NJ | Bilingual English & Spanish

A growing textile manufacturing operation in Dover, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily embroidery, sewing, and assembly operations within a fast-paced flag and banner production facility.

This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong experience in embroidery or sewn-product production environments. The selected candidate will oversee a team of 20+ production employees while driving efficiency, quality, scheduling, and workflow coordination across the facility.

You will collaborate closely with customer service and sales teams to resolve production and quality concerns, improve operational performance, and ensure on-time delivery of custom textile products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily embroidery, sewing, assembly, and finishing operations
  • Manage and lead a production team of approximately 20 employees
  • Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency
