Job description

Top residential realtor in Santa Clara County seeks an open house sign vendor to be hired as independent contractor to put out approximately 100 - 200 open house signs (approximately 15 signs per house for 5 - 15 houses per weekend) leading to each open house on nearby to each home for sale street corners each Saturday morning before 1pm, pick up those signs each Saturday night starting 4:30pm, put out each Sunday morning before 1pm and pick up each Sunday evening starting 4:30pm.

As a contractor you run your own open house sign company business. Driver's license, large vehicle, insurance are required. Mileage is not reimbursed. Gas is not reimbursed. These are your business expenses.

Storage of the signs during the week is negotiable. Realtor has storage unit but sign vendor storage during the week is preferred if sign vendor has secure space.

The pay is good. It is $2.50 per open house sign put out. $2.50 per open house sign picked up. So, this amounts to $10 per sign per weekend.
