Occupational Summary
The Collision Shop Estimator is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience. They will prepare estimates; communicate with both the customer and the insurance company, and ensure a quality repair is performed on every vehicle.
Job Description
  • Inspect vehicles for damage
  • Write estimate for necessary repairs
  • Prepare work order
  • Process insurance claim forms
  • Keep customers updated regarding the status of repairs

Schedule:
  • This position is a 3 day shift, 7:30AM until 9:00PM, that rotates every 4 weeks.
  • Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday for 4 weeks then Thursday/Friday/Saturday for 4 weeks

Qualifications:
  • NYS Insurance Adjusters License
  • Must have 10+ years experience in this role and industry
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and PC.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the workday

Sign- on bonus: A $5,000 sign-on bonus will be paid out incrementally, beginning 90 days after start date. Details will be discussed during the hiring process. Must have 10+ years of experience in order to qualify for the sign-on bonus.
