Overview:
We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team in our Vinyl Department. This position is ideal for someone with experience in vinyl production, vehicle wraps, sign installation, or hands-on graphics work takes pride in quality workmanship and being part of a team.

Job Description:
As a Vinyl Sign Installer, you will play a key role in the creation and installation of custom signs and graphics. Projects range from small decals to large-scale signage, wall graphics, and vehicle wraps. This position involves both shop production and hands-on installation.

Your focus will be on quality, efficiency, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of custom signs, graphics, decals, wraps, and related materials.
  • Operate sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters, printers, laminators, plotters, and hand tools.
  • Prepare signage through vinyl application, cutting, weeding, laminating, masking, and finishing.
  • Assist with vehicle wraps, wall wraps, window graphics, and vinyl installations.
  • Help with sign installations both in the shop and in the field.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and production standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and material organization.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the sign industry, vinyl production, vehicle wrapping, graphics installation, or a related hands-on production environment preferred.
  • Experience with vinyl application and installation strongly preferred.
  • Art, graphics, or creative background is a plus.
  • Ability to work with your hands with accuracy, attention to detail, and finesse.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window graphics, or sign installations.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn large-format printing and laminating processes.
  • Experience using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Flexi, or similar programs.
  • Familiarity with measuring, layout, and installation techniques.
  • Experience operating lifts or working on installation crews is a plus.
