Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33602 Schedule: Monday-Friday (EST working hours) Department: Customer Support / Language Services Pay: To be Discussed | Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Call Center Manager About the Role BIG Language Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Language Interpreter fluent in Tagalog and English to join our dynamic Customer Support team.

In this role, you'll bridge language gaps between English-speaking clients and non-English-speaking customers - ensuring every conversation is clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive. You'll be part of a global team that supports U.S.-based customers in a fast-paced call center environment, helping us deliver world-class multilingual customer experiences. What You'll Do Provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between English and Tagalog during live customer calls

Assist U.S. customers in resolving inquiries or issues with professionalism and empathy. Accurately relay messages without altering meaning, tone, or context

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Collaborate with Team Leads and QA to ensure high-quality communication and continuous improvement. Meet call handling metrics, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
