Department: Radiology - CT Tech - SAN General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements ARRT (R) (CT) How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 3-2 GE and 1 Siemens (Siemens Edge Plus - ER canner GE Optima 660 - IP/OP scanner, GE Revolution Maxima - as part of a PET/CT - back up scanner) Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties General CT Experience or 'Must have' skills General CT Average # of scans/studies per day 20-30 EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use EPIC, Fuji Synapse Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) 2 GE and 1 Siemens Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech Coordinator and manager Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)?
