The Opportunity

You will play a direct, hands-on role in installing specialized metal roofing and siding systems for federal infrastructure projects nationwide. This position offers dynamic outdoor challenges, steady weekly earnings, and the chance to take pride in long-lasting structural craftsmanship. You will work alongside dedicated tradespeople who value high performance and quality execution on every jobsite.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Install metal roofing panels, siding, trim, and flashing to exact project specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal materials using specialized power tools and hand equipment.
  • Ensure all weather-proofing components, underlayment, and sealants are correctly applied to prevent leaks.
  • Align structural panels precisely to meet rigorous federal quality and durability standards.
  • Inspect installed systems continuously to verify proper fastenings and structural alignment.
  • Maintain clean, hazard-free outdoor working zones while enforcing strict jobsite safety protocols.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in sheet metal installation, metal roofing, or exterior siding systems.
  • Comfort working at elevated heights using scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses.
  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to various national project sites.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform continuous outdoor labor in all weather.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of related work experience in metal building, roofing, or general construction.
  • Experience executing metal siding or roofing tasks on federal or municipal government contracts.
