About the Role
We are seeking 1099 independent contractors for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Will County, DuPage County, Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Work with a reputable, growing company that values quality workmanship and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Roofing installation and repair
- Gutter installation, cleaning, and repair
- Siding installation, and repair
- Roof inspections
- Adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
Requirements
- Experienced crews in roofing, siding, and gutter services
- Must have own tools, reliable transportation and ability to work independently
- Carry General Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto Insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Drug screening and criminal background check required
