Position Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Sides Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll prepare and execute our signature side dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring every plate meets Ruth's Chris' high standards.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare all side dishes according to recipe and presentation standards
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and timing are consistent
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and support other line positions as needed
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar kitchen role (fine dining preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Food handler's certification (preferred)

* Must be able to lift, handle, carry food supply, smallwares, equipment, supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds constantly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
