Sodexo Live! is the Official Supplier of Food and Beverage Services to BC Place Stadium. BC Place is a multi-purpose stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Located at the north side of False Creek, it is owned and operated by the BC Pavilion Corporation, a Crown corporation of the province. Home to BC Lions, Vancouver White Caps, Concerts and Live events, the facility hosts welcomes hundreds of thousands of fans each year, while generating significant economic activity for the Province. Job Responsibilities:Stand organization Assists in counting the inventory in the stand Assist in the overall preparation of the stand prior and during an event General cleaning on a regular basis Customer Service Position The selling of food and beverage items to the public at a specified price Greetings of the customer The proper use of order pads and POS Responds in a professional manner in all situations Drink Position Back counter position Bussing Cooking and Food Production Cooking and storage of food items Complete working Knowledge of all food service equipment Knowledge of proper food handling procedures Other duties as required by supervisor Other Requirements:Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.Thank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live!.
