The Assembly Technician will build and assemble sensor switches, power packs, ceiling sensors, and related components throughout the day. This role involves standing for extended periods, working with basic hand tools, and performing light mechanical assembly and small wiring tasks. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a solid work ethic.
ResponsibilitiesYou will join a small, close-knit team in a laid-back and supportive environment where independence and reliability are valued. The work schedule offers a four-day workweek with Fridays through Sundays off, supporting work-life balance. The controlled, low-stress setting allows you to focus on quality work without a formal or rigid atmosphere.
Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a controlled, small work environment with approximately 10 people in the company and about 6 people on the assembly line. The atmosphere is laid back, and the ability to work independently is essential. The dress code is casual and presentable, with no formal attire required. The position follows a first-shift schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Friday through Sunday off. Work is performed while standing at the assembly line, using basic hand tools to complete mechanical and wiring tasks.
