Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking an Assembler I to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble small electronic and sensor components, flexible circuits, heaters, and other precision products used in medical, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial applications. No manufacturing experience is required. We provide training for individuals who are eager to learn, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working with their hands.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small electronic and sensor components.
  • Work with flexible circuits and heaters.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Use small hand tools and work with delicate electronic components.
  • Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination for assembling small parts.

Essential Skills

  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic soldering experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
