Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department team. In this customer-focused role, you will safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced, helping create a convenient and positive service experience. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, and enjoys interacting with people in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership using the company shuttle vehicle
  • Provide courteous, professional, and friendly customer service during every interaction
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle
  • Monitor the shuttle vehicle for maintenance needs and report concerns promptly
  • Assist with additional driving assignments as directed by management
  • Maintain dealership display standards by keeping new and used vehicle lots neat and organized
  • Ensure the interiors and exteriors of vehicles on the sales lots are clean, replenish vehicle fluids, and replace batteries as needed
  • Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
  • Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies
  • Represent Chapman Automotive Group in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous driving or delivery experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional demeanor
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
