The Opportunity
Are you looking for a flexible second job that lets you set your own availability, meet great people, and earn extra money? We are seeking an energetic and reliable On-Call Shuttle Driver to join our team.
In this role, you will safely and courteously transport our members and guests to local events in Reno and/or to our beautiful Twin Pines Lake House in South Lake Tahoe. You will operate our 12-passenger Sprinter Van (requires a standard, non-DOT driver's license) while delivering an elevated and positive experience.
What You'll Do
  • Drive with Care: Safely operate the shuttle van, strictly following all traffic laws and Club policies.
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and handling their bags or equipment.
  • Ensure Readiness: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintain a spotless, member-ready van.
  • Stay Connected: Communicate effectively with dispatchers and members regarding schedules and routes and keep accurate trip logs.
  • Prioritize Safety: Respond professionally to inquiries and strictly follow all safety and emergency procedures.

Schedule & Compensation
This is an on-call position with hours based on operational demand. You set your availability, but flexibility is needed during our peak season times.
  • Base Wage: ($21)/hour
  • Earning Potential: With gratuities, you can make up to $200 for a standard 4-5-hour trip.

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
  • Motor vehicle report, drug test, and driver safety training will be required and administered through the Club.
  • Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns and navigation tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
