Job description

FIXED ROUTE SHUTTLE OPERATOR

Avalon Transportation, LLC has immediate openings for both fulltime and part-time fixed route shuttle operators. We operate several fixed route shuttle programs in Silicon Valley in vehicles including 12 passenger vans, 27 passenger buses as well as 40 passenger buses. 

$$ SIGN ON BONUS $$

Pay Rate:

$25.00 - $31.00 per hour, starting rate will be based on experience 

Job Duties:

  • Arrive to work in a timely manner
  • Complete a pre/post trip bus inspection for each shift
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations
  • Complete written reports as required
  • Follow your assigned route, making designated stops as required
  • Always ensure the safety of the passengers, surrounding vehicles, as well as pedestrians and bicycles while operating the vehicle
  • Make sure you have the proper clean attire
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Available Schedules:

  • Monday thru Friday - straight shifts with overtime
  • Monday thru Friday - split shifts
  • Monday thru Friday - morning, afternoon or evening shift
  • Overtime available
  • Weekend work available 

All shifts begin and end from our Santa Clara, CA location
