POSITION SUMMARY

This positionis responsible forensuring safe andtimelytransportation for company personnel between designated locations. With a strong emphasis on passenger comfort and security,this person must becommitted to upholding all traffic regulations anddaily inspection ofvehicles.This position requires a validCDLClass B with passenger endorsement.By cultivating a friendly and professional demeanor,employee shuttle driversstrive to provide a positive experience for all passengers, contributing to a seamless and efficient commuting process within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Perform a daily pre/post trip inspection on thevehicleassigned to you. Must be able to complete level 1 maintenance on the vehicle suchasreplenishing oil, windshield wiper fluid, and fuel when needed.

  • Obey the posted speedlimits

  • Arriveateach shuttle collection point prior to a scheduled departure time.

  • Have strong abilities to manage passenger behavior for the safety of others and Crystal Mountain property while in transport.

  • Adhere to the passenger and load capacity for each shuttlevehicle

  • Convey passengerstoand from predeterminedpick up and drop offlocations

  • Prior to departure,ensurethat all passengers disembark safelywith all their personal belongingsbeforeleaving to your next drop off/ pick uplocation.

  • Communicate with your supervisor on departure timesandschedule

  • Attendrequired safetymeetingand ortraining as needed.

  • Report general or driver related incidents to yoursupervisor

  • Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to your supervisor

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS,AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-

  • Must have a valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement

  • Be able to get in and out of shuttle multiple times a dayin various weatherconditions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-

  • This positionmay berequiredtoworkdays,evenings,weekendsand holidayswhile in operation.

  • Strong ability to drive in all types of weatherconditions

  • Ability to removeor shovel snow offthe vehicleassigned toyou

  • Conduct level 1 maintenanceona vehiclesuchas, addingairtotires,toppingoffoil or fuellevel, and replacing tire chainsin various weatherconditions

  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis.

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling,pushing,and pulling on an occasional basis.
