Overview
Shuttle Drivers are responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of guests and associates, all while providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling luggage and showing guests to their rooms.
Responsibilities
Shuttle Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet guests and team members with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Operate the company-owned shuttle to transport guests and associates safely and efficiently
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide support for room changes when needed
  • Transport team members between work locations, ensuring timely arrivals and pick-ups
  • Adhere to a strict arrival/departure schedule to maintain operational efficiency
  • Assist team members with loading and unloading supplies as needed
  • Manage traffic flow in designated areas and keep lanes clear
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle and surrounding areas
  • Stay knowledgeable about the resort's services and amenities to assist guests
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
  • Availability to work 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
  • A valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
  • Previous experience driving a shuttle, van, or bus preferred
  • Must be able to life guest luggage in and out of the shuttle van
  • Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors
  • Knowledge of the city, surrounding attractions and landmarks
  • Enjoyment of providing exceptional service to guests and team members
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
  • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
