Shuttle Driver

Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Transportation Operations team, the Shuttle Driver is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for assisting Guests promptly and courteously with Valet and transportation services.


Position Functions
Essential Functions
•    Drive conservatively while adhering to all applicable traffic laws, announcing stops and answering general questions about the property and the local community.
•    Maintain a working knowledge of the property's facilities, as well as promotions and special events on the property, in order to advise Guests and Team Members.
•    Inspect vehicles prior to occupancy, verifying that everything is clean and well-stocked.
•    Conduct routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip, reporting any problems or maintenance needs to management.
•    Effectively communicates with management to report any mechanical difficulties and/or maintenance needs of property-owned vehicles.
•    Maintain written records and reports of all trips, number of passengers, departure and arrival times, and destinations.
•    Accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
•    Assist Guests and other Team Members in offering outstanding service.
•    Greet vehicles and Guests who arrive in the Valet area with a warm welcome and smile.
•    Open doors for Guests.
•    Fill out Valet tickets as necessary.
•    Perform duties at all times while on shift, whether in the Porte, office, etc.
•    Provide positive interaction with Guests and Team Members.
•    Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Guests and other Team Members.
•    Maintain confidential information on Guest interaction and property operations at all times.
•    Travel long distances as necessary. 
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
•    Must be at least 18 years old.
•    Must have a valid CA driver's license and have a clean driving record.
•    3+ months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred qualifications:
•    1+ years in hospitality.
